ABOUT JAYNE
Jayne Harris is a globally recognised Folk Herbalist, TV Presenter, Author and Wellness Advocate whose work bridges herbal wisdom, spiritual development and deep inner transformation.

With a background in Psychology and Counselling, Jayne has a particular interest in trauma release, somatic healing, Shadow Work and the connection between emotional wellbeing, consciousness and the body. She is also an experienced Women’s Circle Facilitator, creating supportive spaces for reflection, healing and personal growth.
A qualified Master Herbalist, Jayne is currently continuing her studies in Naturopathy, including Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, further deepening her understanding of holistic wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Alongside her team at Ostara Events, Jayne facilitates seasonal retreats, workshops and immersive experiences designed to reconnect people with nature, ritual, self awareness and meaningful community. Her work blends grounded wellbeing practices with ancient traditions, creating experiences that are both nurturing and transformational.
In 2023, Jayne’s passion for personal development, spirituality and lifelong learning organically evolved into the creation of the Ostara Academy, a dedicated space for transformational education, magical practice, self discovery and deep inner work.
Jayne is also the founder of The Little Herb Remedy, an independent apothecary where she offers her own handcrafted herbal remedies, natural skincare and wellbeing products to customers across the UK. The business was a finalist in the 2022 Free From Skincare Awards and the 2022 Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, and was a finalist in the Best New Business category at the 2025 Small Business Awards.
Her passion for consciousness, spirituality and the unexplained has also led to a successful television career. Between 2019 and 2024, Jayne co presented the UK’s most popular paranormal television series Help! My House Is Haunted and the RTS Award winning Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted for Warner Bros. Discovery. She has also appeared as a resident expert on Unexplained: Caught on Camera and Paranormal Captured, and currently features as a guest presenter on Weird Britain.
Jayne has lectured at several institutions, including the University of Worcester, speaking on subjects including the Seven Hermetic Principles, collective consciousness and Near Death Experiences.
At the heart of all of Jayne’s work is a desire to help people reconnect with themselves, the natural world and the deeper wisdom that so often becomes lost in modern life. Through herbalism, education, ritual, healing practices and spiritual exploration, she encourages others to slow down, remember who they are, and cultivate a more conscious and meaningful way of living.
